Besom brooms

My besoms are made using birch for the heads and hazel for the handles . They are made in two sizes:

Due to the high cost of postage and environmental importation laws  I can only post within UK

Adults   - £12 + £6.50 postage (approx 1.5m tall)

 

Childrens  - £5 + £4 postage (approx 80cm tall)

 

Handfasting (Willow bound with your initials and date on the handle) - £25 including postage (approx 1.5m tall)

 

Whether you're a gardener, witch or a Harry Potter fan, a besom broom is still the most versatile broom for general outdoor use, especially for sweeping leaves off the lawn. They don't damage the lawn like a rake would and you can sweep away the worm casts as you go.        

As part of the traditional pagan  handfasting ceremony  it is traditional to 'jump a broomstick'. I now make special willow bound besoms with your names and date pyrographed onto the handle.
