About Adam

Since I was seven years old I have demonstrated a variety of rural crafts to the public all over the British Isles. I began my craft career helping my dad demonstrate pole-lathe turning, shaving up the billets and doing the roughing out whilst he did the finer work. As I grew older I became more adept at using the tools and became interested in other crafts. When I was 18  I set up business on my own and began making besoms and carving my first spoons. At first I began with plain eating/cawl spoons but soon needed more of a challenge and so I carved my first love spoon.
   Fifteen years later I still travel the craft show circuit demonstrating the skills that I learned as a child and have mastered as an adult.
