I do many individual commissions, many traditional and others which contain a wide range of subjects that make a lovespoon a very personal one off gift. These have been as diverse as steam trains to combining an easel, paintbrush, guitar and the map of Italy on one wedding spoon. Almost anything is possible. Below are examples of love spoons that I have been asked to do. I can also personalise many of my existing spoon designs by adding in initials. You can click on the picture for a larger image. One off individual commissions generally cost between £45 and £150. The process of commissioning a spoon works as follows. I will need to know what you would like on your spoon (feel free to ask my advise) and for you to set me a budget. I will then do the design and send it to you for your approval before I begin to carve it. Once we have agreed on the design I shall ask you for payment. I shall then carve the spoon which is usually done within 6 weeks, sometimes sooner if neccessary. Should you wish to enquire about a commission then please email me .
